Technical Verification of candidates

It involves outsourcing the recruitment process to our company. The process is carried out by us with the participation of the client.

A service dedicated to companiesthat need support in multi-volume recruitment projects.

Service for assessing and analyzing candidates' technical skills in IT industry by our specialists.

Our company is responsible for finding suitable candidates, presenting them based on interviews and recommendations, as well as technical verification (optional).

It involves the delegation of a FlyingLizard employee for a given period of time and his support in all recruitment processes in your company. 

We conduct technical recruitment interviews with candidates. The result of the verification is a technical report created by our expert.

We are as fast as a lizard!  - the first candidates are presented within a maximum of 3 business days from the recruitment order.

The solution involves a one-time monthly fee and works great when there is no need to employ Talent Acquisition employees on a permanent basis. 

The service includes a full recommendation of candidates plus a technical report verifying the candidate's skills.
